Atalaya, the majestic 1920s Moorish-style castle that once served as the winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, will be the backdrop for the 42nd annual Atalaya Arts & Crafts Festival Sept. 22-24 within Huntington Beach State Park, Murrells Inlet.
It’s the perfect opportunity to tour the natural beauty of the castle grounds, amidst more than 100 artisan tents, food vendors and a live music stage. Stop by Friday anytime from noon to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Atalaya Arts & Crafts Festival admission is $10, which can be used all three days; park admission is free during the festival.
