South Carolina’s 23rd Annual Garage Sale will be at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center on Saturday, September 10, 2011. Sale hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Admission to the sale itself is free, while parking at the Convention Center is $3 per car, per day. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center is at the corner of 21st Avenue North and Oak Street. The exhibit hall has 100,000 square feet of floor space under one roof. If you’re coming to town to attend the garage sale or to set up we suggest you not wait to reserve your Myrtle Beach condo rentals. This is a popular event in the area and many people will be making reservations. The smart ones reserve their Myrtle Beach condo rentals months ahead of time for the best selection and price.
Registration for vendor spaces begins on-line at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 26. If you don’t have a computer you can register in person on July 26 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the Convention Center. After July 26, registration will be available on-line around the clock or in person at the Convention Center from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. All booths are $50.00. Vendors may move in Friday between 3:00 and 10:00 p.m. or Saturday morning between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m. Two booth sizes exist: 10-by-15-foot exhibit hall space and 8-by-15-foot entrance lobby or outside covered space.
Each space includes one eight-foot table and two chairs, with additional, smaller tables available for $5 each. Vendors may occupy a maximum of four spaces, with booth space assigned by the Convention Center. Vendors selling retail items must have a South Carolina Retail License and will be responsible for paying sales tax on items sold at this event.

· Maximum of four (4) spaces per vendor.
· All spaces are $50.00.
· Each space includes one eight-foot table and two chairs
· Additional tables (6′ x 18″) will be available at move-in for $5.00 each.
· Electric service available: $10.00 per 20 AMP Service
· Admission to the garage sale is free.
· All vendors should use Farlow Street entrance off 21st Avenue North for move-in.
In an effort to ease registration for this event, they are offering the ability for potential vendors to register and pay for their spaces online. All vendors selling retail items must have a South Carolina Retail License. You will be responsible for paying sales tax on items you sell at this event.
