When it comes to vacation rentals everyone has their own policies and ways of doing things. At Condo-World we are no exception to that and so we thought we’d share the most important things to know about reserving our North Myrtle Beach condos. If ever you have any questions about our policy or how we handle things out of the ordinary, please don’t hesitate to give us a call between the hours of 9-5 Monday through Saturday.
Deposit
Guests are required to make a deposit of 50% of the total rate for the North Myrtle Beach condos they’re reserving up to $500 or $1,000 for rentals over $3000 within one week (7 days) of making the reservation. If it is less than 30 days until their arrival the entire amount is due within one week. Any balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Guests will receive a confirmation once we receive your payment.
Method Payment
If a credit card is used for the deposit it will automatically be charged for the balance. You must call before the due date if you wish to make other arrangements. If you are paying with personal check it must be received more than 30 days prior to arrival otherwise we accept certified funds, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments can be made online at condo-world.com.
Check In/Out
Normally reservations are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer and some weeks in the spring and fall. Please call and speak to us directly about other check in days. Check in is after 3 p.m. Come to our office at 300 17th Avenue South in the city of North Myrtle Beach to check and not the condo complex. Check out is before 10 a.m.
