When is the Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot?
The Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot is back in its 18th year to work up your Thanksgiving appetites! This year’s race will be held on November 28, 2024. The 5k portion of the race will begin at 8:00 a.m. The Gobbler Kid’s Dash will begin at 9:00 a.m. A virtual option is also available.
Where is the Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot taking place?
The race will take place at The Market Common in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at Grand Park Lake Courtyard. The area is home to a large lake, playgrounds, shops, and restaurants, and served as our area’s former Air Force base.
Additional Event Details
Participants in the race will receive a race day t-shirt, a finisher’s medal, and lots of post-race swag. Register early to save! You must register online by 7:00 a.m. Thursday, November 28. This event benefits Make a Wish SC and MB Fire Cares.
Packet pick-up will be available Wednesday, November 27 from 4-7 p.m. at Native Sons in Myrtle Beach. You can also pick up your packets prior to the race on Thursday, November 28 from 6:45-7:45 a.m. at Grand Park Lake courtyard at The Market Common.
Parking is available along the side streets and in the free Farrow Parking Garage near Nacho Hippo.
