Greek Festival Food and Entertainment

Come hungry to the annual Greek Festival in Myrtle Beach! The authentic food selections are endless and prepared with care. Take your pick of entrees like moussaka, pastitsio, spinach or cheese pies and traditional chicken or lamb gyros served with lemon potatoes in the dining hall. More food vendors fire up the grills outside to serve Greek sausages, pork souvlaki and more. Take home a box of your favorite pastries for dessert like baklava and kataifi or stay and share the baklava ice cream sundae! There are plenty of Greek beers, wines and, of course, Ouzo to sip on while you’re there too.

There’s a reason families have flocked to the St. John’s Greek Fest each year. This exciting Myrtle Beach event offers visitors live dance demonstrations, music and a designated kids’ play area with inflatables. Local arts and crafts vendors set up their tents and fill them with everything from handmade jewelry to artisanal olive oils.

The Myrtle Beach Greek Festival will be held from 11am to 9pm Thursday, October 12th, Friday, October 13th, and Saturday, October 14th; and from 12pm to 7pm Sunday, October 15th at the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church. The church is located at the corner of Highway 17 Bypass and 33rd Avenue North in Myrtle Beach. Parking is very limited in that area, but a free shuttle is available back and forth from Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant located at 1401 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach.
