When you’re on vacation, choosing where to eat can be a chore, especially if you’re part of a big family or large group. In the North Myrtle Beach Condos area, choosing isn’t made any easier with the countless number of seafood restaurants, pancake houses and pizza parlors along the Grand Strand.

But there is one American meal staple that nearly everyone can agree on: grabbing a burger.

So, when you need to choose from great burger places in Myrtle Beach, consult this list of Myrtle Beach hamburger restaurants. We promise you won’t be disappointed.

Peaches Corner

A Myrtle Beach landmark, this restaurant has been around for more than 85 years. Home to traditional style hamburgers (and cheeseburgers), their specialty is the Peaches Burger. This burger includes lettuce, tomato, American Cheese and mayo but there’s a long list of toppings you can add including chili, BBQ sauce, and cole slaw to name a few. Footlong Hot dogs (that you can top with peanut butter, mayo and onions), fries and onion rings are also on the menu.

River City Cafe

A Myrtle Beach favorite for years, River City has locations up and down the Grand Strand. A no frills establishment where you can toss your peanut shells on the floor, at River City you can get your burger any way you want it. And we mean if you can imagine it, they can make it. And if you’re not down with 100% Grade A beef, additional options include chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers and turkey burgers.

Burky’s Grill

With the look and feel of a retro 1950‘s diner, Burky’s has been a locals, and tourist, favorite since the 1990‘s. It offers some of the tastiest burgers in town. And while known for serving up traditional hamburgers and cheeseburgers, Burky’s also offers hot dogs and some of the best Cincinnati-style chili this side of the Queen City. Local tip: order a side of their cheese sauce for your fries! They also have a great hand-dipped ice cream for dessert. If you’re staying at The Beach Club at North Myrtle Beach, it is definitely worth the 20-minute drive.

Hamburger Joe’s

Family owned and operated, Hamburger Joe’s is the place to grab a cheeseburger in North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. Economical and delicious, everything is handmade fresh daily. You can also choose wings, beer-battered onion rings, and BBQ from the menu. No frills here, just good food and ice cold beer.

Fuddruckers

While the only chain to make the list, the home of the “World’s Greatest Hamburgers” is a great option. With locations in the heart of Myrtle Beach and in North Myrtle Beach, their burgers are never frozen and made fresh daily. With many size options ranging from 1/3 pound up to a one-pound piece of beef, you can top it however you like it. But their burgers don’t end with beef. You can also choose from elk, wild boar, and buffalo.
