Something we’ve all been waiting for since it was rescheduled due to Hurricane Sandy is the Endless Summer Festival that was postponed on October 27. It will now take place November 17 and 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Grab your beach chair and friends for a fun-filled time on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, close to many of our North Myrtle Beach condo rentals. Enjoy fabulous entertainment, lots of vendors with one of a kind specialty craft items, food vendors, classic and antique car show and children’s area with community stage and carnival rides.
The entertainment stage will be located at the famous “Horseshoe” at the end of Main Street with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop. This is a free concert, so bring your beach chair and enjoy the music.
When you’ve had your fill of the festival head on down to Murrells Inlet on Saturday, Nov. 17th to enjoy the 9th Annual Murrells Inlet Oyster Roast from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This is an annual creek-front tradition that is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Oyster-eaters belly up to the tables for an all-you-can-eat afternoon feast of steamed oysters. And you can bet…you will get your belly-fully of oysters that afternoon. A menu of other food items will also be available. Free admission. Entertainment. Event is rain or shine. Bring an oyster knife or buy one at the roast. Call 843-357-2007 for more information.
